We’ll request view-only access to your QuickBooks Online file so we can prepare accurate recommendations. For more complex or outdated books, we may recommend a paid diagnostic review before providing a full proposal.

Receive a clear proposal
You’ll receive a recommended cleanup and/or service plan based on your business size, transaction volume, complexity, and goals, along with an engagement letter.

Attend a kickoff meeting
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll meet to confirm the plan, answer questions, and set up processes that fit the way your business actually works.

Once services begin, you’ll use a secure client portal to send documents, respond to requests, and keep everything moving.
