I started Labor & Ledger Bookkeeping to help small business owners like you feel confident in their numbers and free to focus on what they do best. I believe bookkeeping is more than just data entry. It’s about creating clarity, making better decisions and earning more profits.

A True Partner

My Story

Hi, I’m Heather, the owner of Labor & Ledger Bookkeeping.

I bring 19 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification to the small businesses I support. Over the years, I’ve learned that accurate bookkeeping is not just about entering transactions correctly — it is about creating structure, spotting issues, improving processes, and giving business owners information they can actually use.

I thrive in organization, clear systems, and the details that help a business run more smoothly. I also understand how much business owners have on their plates, especially in trades and service-based businesses where the work does not stop just because the back office needs attention.

Labor & Ledger was built to provide professional bookkeeping support without the impersonal feel of a larger firm. You get experience, structure, and reliable processes — with communication that still feels personal.
